After arduous research and development, the first 4000KNM forging manipulator in China has been successfully developed and holds complete independent intellectual property rights. This 4000KNM forging manipulator successfully passed the first hot test and has been put into the production of large forgings, completing the precise forging of over 30 types of forgings in 11 categories.

In the field of large-scale forging manipulator technology, China has long been monopolized by foreign countries. China urgently needs giant heavy-duty forging operation equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The successful development of the 4000KNM forging manipulator will significantly enhance the manufacturing quality and environmental friendliness of large forging products in our country, and can significantly reduce costs and shorten the cycle. It is an important symbol of the technological transformation and upgrading of large-scale forging capabilities in China's large-scale casting and forging industry.
