What are Shoulder Screws?

• Precision fasteners used in press dies, stamping molds, jigs & fixtures

• Also called stripper bolts — function as guide pins for spring-loaded stripper plates

• Used in general industrial machinery — pivot points, rollers, precision sliding

Two Main Product Series:

• MSB Series — SCM435 Alloy Steel, 33–38 HRC, Strength Grade 10.8 to 12.9   

  • SMSB Series — SUS304 / SUSXM7 Stainless Steel, Grade A2-50      

 Surface treatment:

•Black Oxide (standard) / Electroless Nickel
• Passivation (standard) / Electroless Nickel

Shoulder Diameter Range:

•Φ4 – Φ20  |  Length Range: 45 – 174 mm
