We've successfully addressed the roundness issue in our LSMSBG4-10 and SMSB series products! Through rigorous analysis, we identified the root causes and implemented targeted solutions to ensure superior precision.
Key Issues Identified:
- Component deformation during machining due to excessive chuck pressure (>1.5kg)
- Incomplete inspection process leading to potential quality gaps
- Challenges in correcting deformed parts during grinding
Our Action Plan (Implemented Dec 2022):
- Optimized chuck pressure control (1-1.5kg) for components under 20mm length
- Enhanced grinding process with dual-stage (rough + fine grinding)
- Implemented 100% metal sleeve inspection before shipment
- Established 2-hour interval quality verification during production shifts
- Standardized fixture tolerance (0.03-0.05mm) for stable machining
